By submitting an inquiry form or engaging with any CodeArc.studio service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
Ownership & Rights
All files, logos, images, fonts, and other materials submitted to CodeArc.studio must be owned by the client or submitted with proper permission to use. CodeArc.studio does not claim ownership over any client-provided materials.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up to date information, credentials, and materials before work begins. Delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect submissions are the responsibility of the client. Clients are also responsible for monitoring their preferred communication channel and responding in a reasonable timeframe. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
Revisions
Each service includes one round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted together as a single round of feedback. Changes requested after the revision round has been used, or requests that fall outside the original project scope, may be scoped and treated as a new project.
Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timelines depend on client response time, content and asset submission, and the availability of any third-party platforms involved. CodeArc.studio will communicate progress and any delays in a timely manner.
Inspiration & Design References
Clients are welcome to share websites, visuals, or examples as inspiration. These references are used to inform the direction of the work. Exact replication of designs, layouts, animations, or effects is not guaranteed. CodeArc.studio will use references to capture the intended style and aesthetic.
Third-Party Services
Some services involve external platforms such as Wix, Google Workspace, or Printful. These platforms are subject to their own terms, limitations, and availability. CodeArc.studio cannot guarantee the performance, availability, or outcomes of any third-party service.
Intellectual Property
Upon completion and delivery of a project, the client retains full ownership of the final deliverables. CodeArc.studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
CodeArc.studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, client-provided materials, or third-party platforms. Any limitations, delays, or changes caused by external platforms or services are beyond CodeArc.studio's control.
Agreement
By submitting an inquiry form or engaging with CodeArc.studio services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
