USE OF THE APP
Travel Tracker is intended for personal use only. You may use it to track, organize, and view the countries, states, and places you have visited. You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes, for harassment, or in any way that could interfere with other users’ experience. You also agree not to attempt to modify or reverse-engineer the app in any way.
CONTENT
All photos, notes, and travel data you add remain your property. Travel Tracker does not claim ownership of any of your content. You are responsible for the content you choose to add. The app may provide functionality to edit or delete content at any time.
PRIVACY & DATA
Travel Tracker is committed to keeping your data private. The app does not collect, transmit, or store your data externally. Any photos you attach to trips or places remain entirely on your device, and the app only accesses photos you explicitly select. No other content in your device or photo library is accessed.
NO WARRANTY
Travel Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to make the app stable and reliable, we do not guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions. We cannot promise that the app will work on all devices or under all conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that CodeArc Studio and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or other consequences that result from your use of Travel Tracker. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of photos, trips, or any other data stored on your device.
